Conversing with Sfar

Top: Page 9, The Rabbi's Cat by Joann Sfar
Bottom: Conversing with Page 9, © Amruta Patil, 2009

The image is to be part of the exhibition '100 pour 100' in the New Museum of Comic Art, Angouleme, January 2010. Artists 'converse' with the work of artists they love. Good to have got a chance to 'talk' to a beloved book...

This is, of course, not very bright of me, but you can change handwritings!

In long hand!

And be consistent with it!

amruta if i am not mistaken, i think your style is evolving in a curious way...i liked the earlier ones but i think this is more mature...genuinely in midst of so much mediocrity you remain a beacon...
