The text is really powerful, but the art seems like an afterthought. Don't get this wrong, it is beautiful (Cezanne-ish?), but...dunno, superfluous. Have you tried giving up using drawings? I know I would read!

Am in the process of thinking about matters exactly like these - and part of the struggle in the last year has been to hit the right notes in the work. Cut out the needless, focus on the essential. (Interestingly, when one is most proficient at this, i imagine there is no longer any need to either write or draw!)~A
