Hey, I just finished reading Kari last night. Congratulations on your first book and India's first serious graphic novel.

Overall, I liked it, even though it felt in quite a few parts less like a graphic novel and more like text with pictures. I'm sure you'll explore the medium in more detail in your next work.

Also read your Graphic Storytelling Reading List (Part 1) Glad to see that I've read most of what's on there. I'm hoping that Part 2 will contain stuff by Will Eisner and Scott McCloud (Have you read Understanding Comics?) . Maybe even some Alan Moore?

I will blog about Kari in more detail this weekend. (If I don't procrastinate about it. :) )

At office now, but still thinking about Kari and missing smog city immensely! Love the work! Inspired & envious both at the same time! Also upset that I bought it yesterday and within 2hours today morning, I gobbled all of it up! Delicious! Like the peaches!
Keep inspiring!
